1. Service Description Laundrio offers customers laundering services for clothing, linen, household textiles and other accessories, courier pickup of items from the specified address, and return of items upon completion of the service.

2. Placing an Order The customer must provide their full name, contact number, address, order details and, where necessary, additional instructions. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

3. Order Confirmation
   3.1. Submitting an order on the website does not automatically constitute final confirmation of the service. An order is considered accepted once it has been placed on the Laundrio website and the payment has been transferred to the specified bank account using the assigned order code.
   3.2. Laundrio is entitled to adjust the order in accordance with the items actually handed over by the customer.

4. Courier and Delivery Terms
   4.1. Pickup and return of items takes place at the agreed time. The customer is obliged to be available, provide the correct address, and ensure the handover and receipt of items. In the event of an unsuccessful visit, the visit time may be rescheduled or the customer may incur an additional charge.
   4.2. Items handed over by the customer are sealed by the Laundrio courier and transported to the laundry, where they are counted, inspected and, if necessary, clarified.

5. Condition of Items and Customer Obligations
   5.1. The customer is obliged to inspect all items in advance and ensure that no money, documents, keys, cards, jewellery, electronics or other personal or valuable items have been left inside. The customer bears responsibility for these.
   5.2. The customer is obliged to inspect each item in advance and confirm that it is not damaged or torn and has a legible care label. Otherwise, the laundry reserves the right to refuse to wash the item, return it, or contact the customer to carry out additional procedures. In the event of a return, a certain amount may be deducted from the customer.

6. Items Requiring Special Care, Damaged or Restricted Items The customer is obliged to inform Laundrio in advance if an item has special care instructions, a delicate fabric, damage, colour instability or any other sensitive condition.

7. Service Execution Laundrio performs its services in accordance with reasonable professional standards; however, complete removal of all stains cannot be guaranteed.

8. Prohibited or Unsuitable Items It is prohibited to hand over items that contain hazardous substances, are biologically or chemically dangerous, flammable, or not intended for regular laundering.

9. Prices and Payment Payment may be made on the basis of a generated payment code, using the customer's own internet bank or the relevant banking channel.

11. Changing or Cancelling an Order An order may be changed or cancelled before the service has begun. If the courier has already been dispatched, the items have already been collected, or the service has already commenced, the customer may be charged the applicable costs.

12. Order Completion An order is considered completed when the courier returns the cleaned item(s) to the customer and the customer confirms receipt by signing the relevant document.

13. Compensation for Damage In case of damage caused by Laundrio, the item may be partially restored (e.g. replacement of a damaged part) or fully compensated. In case of full compensation, the item's approximate value will be determined using relevant online marketplaces and, in agreement with the customer, either a similar item will be purchased or the corresponding amount will be paid.

14. Limitation of Liability Laundrio is not liable for cases arising from the customer providing incorrect information, prior damage to an item, natural wear of fabric, or items left in pockets.

15. Complaints and Customer Enquiries In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact Laundrio within a reasonable time of receiving the order and, where necessary, provide the order number, a description and photographic evidence.

16. Use of the Website Unlawful use of the website, placing false orders and attempting to interfere with the system are prohibited.
